If they don't have it they can get it. They have answers to my questions and they don't take advantage of my ignorance. I don't have to drive 30 minutes to a big box retailer. Always a Win, Win situation for me.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always willing to help out with anything you need to find or let you know where to find anything they might not have. I was searching for a particular bolt and they searched endlessly until the realized they didn't have it but, then they told me where I might find it. They were absolutely right, I went there the next day and in 10 minutes had exactly what I needed... Thank you for your incredible service and dedication to the community.
This is what a hardware store is supposed to me. Go out of your way to stop at this one, they'll meet you at the door and get whatever you need (within reason :-) ).
